1.What is your privacy policy?
Nearwood Architectural Elements by M-Boss, Inc. will only collect e-mail addresses or other personal identification information when you place an order, request a catalog, or send an email. M-Boss, Inc. does not make its customers’ e-mail address or any other information available to any other companies. M-Boss, Inc. may contact our online customers when we have limited time offers, special values or product updates. If you would prefer not to receive these notices, you may opt-out during the online ordering process or after receiving a promotional email from us.

2.What is your return policy?
No returns on any special orders. There is a 25% fee assessed to ALL canceled orders. There is a 25% restocking fee on all other items returned in the condition/manner in which they were shipped (must have a return authorization number from the factory). Inspect all items upon receipt for damage and quantities, report discrepancies within seven days of receipt. NO returns will be accepted after seven days. For all prices, products, specifications and offers on Nearwood Architectural Elements, M-Boss, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments and/or improvements due to market conditions.
